Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned GP appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 5. 2.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: "....to issue any appropriate Writ, Order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No.

to consider the representation dated. 21-5-2013 filed by the petitioner for causing investigation by CBCID or any upright police officer like Dy. Superintendent of Police, Adilabad or any other Competent Police Officer to meet the ends of justice under the supervision of Respondent No. 2 for impartial investigation in Crime No. 68 of 2013 on the file of PS, I-Town, Adilabad, within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order by duly declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.2 in taking steps on the representation dated 21-5-2013 filed by petitioner for causing impartial investigation as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India." 3.

Learned GP placed on record, the written instructions dated 2.7.2013 issued by the Station House Officer, Adilabad I Town P.S. stating that on the investigation made pursuant to the complaint of the petitioners, no witnesses supported the

version of the petitioners and, therefore, a final report was filed referring it as a false case.

However, it is informed to the Court that a protest petition has been filed and the same is accepted by the Court below.

Be that as it may, since the matter is connected to WP.No.11300 of 2013 and in the light of the orders passed in the said Writ Petition, no orders are required in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, placing the written instructions submitted by the learned GP on record, this Writ Petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
