Piniboina Mutyalarao, v. Urkuti Vrkuti Nestalamma,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITON Nos. 4431 AND 4512 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:
There is no representation for the petitioner in both the civil revision petitions. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.
2. These two Civil Revision Petitions are filed assailing the orders of the Court below, which are passed in I.A.Nos.435 & 436 of 2015 in O.S.No.35 of 2006 on the file of the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka, respectively filed for reopening the evidence on the side of the plaintiff and recalling PW1. By the orders impugned in these revisions, both the petitions are dismissed.
3.
Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that PW 1 had died and that a Memo to that effect is already filed before the trial Court.
4. Having regard to the submissions, as nothing survives for adjudication in these civil revision petitions, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
