None appears for the petitioner.

Mr. Bokka Satyanarayana, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that in view of the interim order dated 19.12.2012 passed in W.P.M.P. No. 48271 of 2012, nothing further survives in the writ petition. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work out the writ petition on merits.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
