This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-accused Nos.2 to 5 in Crime No.67 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, S.P.S.R. Nellore District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A read with 34 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted. 3.
