Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the appeal suit with a liberty to approach the District Court.

Granting liberty, as sought for, the appeal suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

The interim order passed by this Court in ASMP.No.735 of 2016 dated 13.04.2016 shall remain in force for two weeks from today. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
