This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in PRC No.10 of 2013 on the file of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate at Rajendranagar, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 506 r/ w 34 IPC and Section 3 (i) (x) of SCs and STs (POA) Act, 1989.

During hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, represented that PRC No.10 of 2013 was committed to the Sessions Court and it is numbered as S.C.No.21 of 2014. In that view of the matter, the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
