ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.21802 of 2015 in W.P.No.4104 of 2013, dated 15.06.2015, whereby the respondents therein were directed not to interfere with the land of the petitioner situated in survey Nos.185/1, 270/1 of Dharmaraopet Village, 406/100/1, 562/1, 562/1 of Khanapuram Village, 625/1, 56/3, 92 of Buddharaopet Village and 1/1/85/1 to 195 of Pocharam Village of Khanapur Mandal, Warangal District, without conducting a survey pursuant to the order of this Court dated 10.04.2013 and serving a copy on the petitioner, until further orders.

Counter-affidavit is filed by the respondent stating that a joint survey was conducted by the revenue officials on 22.12.2015 & 23.12.2015 and Revenue Divisional Officer addressed a letter to District Forest Officer, Warangal (Rural), asking to attend a meeting on 18.01.2017 in order to submit a comprehensive report to this Court.

In view of the joint survey conducted on 22.12.2015 & 23.12.2015, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt case.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, it is left open to the petitioner-society to agitate its rights, if any, in the pending writ petition.
