Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. When the matter is taken up, a Report Dt.23.04.2018 of the Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad, is placed on record by Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents. The portion of the said Report , which is relevant for the case reads as under:

" In this regard, the Hon'ble High Court may be informed that the said intimation letter issued by this office will be withdrawn and further the proposals as submitted by the appellant will be examined as per rules and regulations in terms of G.O.Ms.No.168 MA, Dt. 07.04.2012 amended G.O.Ms.No.7 MA, dt. 05.01.2016 including verification of prima facie title." In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
