THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI M.A.C.M.A.No.2795 of 2008 JUDGMENT:

The learned counsel for the appellant had filed a letter before the Registry stating that he was instructed by his client/The New India Assurance Company Limited to withdraw the appeal.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For Withdrawal'. In view of the contents of the letter, the MACMA is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this MACMA also shall stand dismissed.
