HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.7203 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging award dated 18.07.2000 passed in I.D.No.6 of 1998 by the file of the Labour Court I Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it has come to the notice of the Court that the writ petition, which is filed against the award passed in favour of the 2nd respondent, has been dismissed for default, insofar as the 2nd respondent is concerned, vide order dated 18.08.2010 and, thereafter, no steps are forthcoming. Since the writ petition has been dismissed against the 2nd respondent, the same cannot be adjudicated. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
