Petitioners seek police aid against unknown tribals, who are allegedly trying to evict them from their private patta lands. 2.

Since the petitioners have an effective alternative remedy before the Agent to the Government and can obtain a relief of injunction in the said forum, I am not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy available under law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
