Jamali, learned counsel for the petitioner-accused No.2, would submit that, though, the proceedings sought to be quashed relates to a Sessions Case and the petitioner is alleged to have involved in a rape case and the allegations are primarily against A.1, who is no more, intends to withdraw the present petition. 2.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn at the admission stage.
