Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue(Telangana) for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has made applications on 18-08-2011 and 11-09-2013, seeking survey of his land and to fix boundaries thereto. The 4th respondent issued notice dated 13.11.2013 intimating that the date of survey was scheduled on 24.11.2013 and again, issued notice dated 21.08.2014 stating that the survey was scheduled on 24.08.2014. But, on the said two dates, the survey was not conducted. Hence, this Writ Petition.

3. This Court in W.P.Nos.4811 of 2011 and batch, given certain directions for survey and demarcation of lands in terms of the Circulars vide Rc.No.N1/1408/07, dated 13-07-2007, Rc.No.N1/6543/99, dated 25-07-2001 and Circular vide Rc.No.N2/1741/2010 dated 18-05-2010 issued by the Commissioner of Surveys, Settlements and Land Records.

4. In the instant case, since the notice was already issued to the petitioner to conduct survey and demarcation of the subject land, it is for the Authority concerned to take further action in pursuance of the notice dated 21.08.2014.

5. In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to take further action, in pursuance of the notice dated 21.08.2014, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
