SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1707 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is accused No.2, in Crime No.240 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nandyal III Town Police Station, Kurnool Nellore District. The offences alleged are under Sections 454 and 380 of I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record. 3.

As per the case of the prosecution, the petitioner, aided accused No.1 and is in know of his acts and is, associated with accused No.1 in disposing of the stolen property.

Hence, considering the above, this Court opines that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
