Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned G.P.for Home. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the respondents 2 to 4 are harassing the petitioner by calling him to police station though there is no crime registered against him.

The instructions of G.P. however show that on a complaint of 5th respondent dated 23.03.2015 Crime No.168 of 2015 was registered under Sections 420, 354-A and 506 IPC on the file of Madapur police station and investigation is taken place and the petitioner herein is shown as accused No.1. It is further stated that already four witnesses were examined, which shows prima facie involvement of the petitioner and other accused and the present writ petition appears to have been filed when the said Station House Officer, Madapur Police Station is taking further steps in the investigation. Nobody appeared for the petitioner on 06.04.2015. Hence, this writ petition is posted to today. Today also nobody appears. It is apparent from the record that the petitioner herein is accused No.1 in Crime No.168 of 2015 of Madapur P.S.

Hence, the contention of the petitioner that without registering any crime he is being called to police station is not correct. Petitioner is therefore not entitled to the relief as sought for. The 4th respondent police shall therefore investigate the crime aforesaid and take further steps in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
