THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CONTEMPT CASE No.1550 of 2016 In W.P.No.23992 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed by the petitioner under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act seeking to punish the respondents for their willful violation and disobedience to the orders of this Court in W.P.No.23992 of 2016 dated 25.07.2016.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wrote a letter to him stating that the respondents have complied the orders of this Court. In view of the compliance of the orders of this Court by the respondents, he seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the contempt case. To that effect, he also filed a letter dated 08.02.2018 before the Registry. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
