This Transfer Criminal Petition, under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.1 seeking to transfer C.C.No.1770 of 2014 from the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar, to any competent Court at Warangal.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that the proceedings in the subject CC were terminated before the Court below.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
