When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.1 that respondent No.1/Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad will accept the on-line applications of the petitioners herein for grant of affiliation and the same will be processed subject to approval by respondent No.3 herein, Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi, and grant of "No Objection Certificate" by the State Government. 3.

The said statement is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
