This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-Accused Nos. 1 to 3 seeking modification of the conditions imposed by the trial Court in its order dated 19.01.2026 in Crl.M.P. No. 6 of 2026 in Crime No. 747 of 2025.

Heard Sri K. Vishnu Kanth, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the trial Court, while granting bail to the petitioners, directed them

SKS,J Crl.P.No.2346 of 2026 to furnish personal bonds for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties for a like sum each, and further directed that one of the sureties shall be a local resident of the place of the petitioners. Aggrieved by the said condition, the petitioners have filed the present petition seeking permission to deposit cash security in lieu of the requirement of furnishing a local surety and prayed the Court to allow the Criminal Petition. 4.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court deems it appropriate to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 19.01.2026 in Crl.M.P. No. 6 of 2026 in Crime No.747 of 2025. Hence, the petitioners are permitted to furnish cash security for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each before the trial Court in lieu of the requirement of furnishing a local surety.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
