HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11220 of 2008 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed for the following relief: "A Writ of Mandamus may be issued declaring the action of the respondents in taking steps to evict the petitioner from the house bearing No.2-2-36/1/A admeasuring 350 square yards situated in Sy.No.18/1 of Upparapalli village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, during the pendency of the petitioner's application for regularization, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.166 dated 16.02.2008 and consequently direct the respondents not to evict the petitioner from the said site."

This Court, by order dated 28.05.2008, directed the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the house bearing No.2-2-36/1/A situated in Sy.No.18/1 in an extent of 350 square yards in Upparapalli village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It was also made clear that the said order would not preclude the authorities from issuing any notice for eviction or considering the petitioner's application for regularization of possession as per law. 3.

Even after eight years, no counter-affidavit is filed by the respondents.

In the circumstances, the interim order dated 28.05.2008 is made as a final order.
