ORDER
Selection of the 2nd respondent by the 1st respondent is under challenge in the present writ petition.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submits that the petitioner herein, if aggrieved by the selection of the 2nd respondent, can file an application before the 1st respondent as per Clause 27 of Unified Guidelines for Selection of LPG Distributors.
In view of the said remedy available to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of keeping it open to the petitioner to make an appropriate application as per Clause 27 of Unified Guidelines for Selection of LPG Distributors, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such an application being filed, the 1st respondent shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law. No costs.
