Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 15.02.2018, furnished by the Inspector of Police, Sarpavaram Police Station, East Godavari District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under:- "It is submitted that there may be a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 10 herein. But the allegation of the petitioner that the 3rd respondent has been interfering with the same is absolutely false and baseless. It is further submitted that the respondents 5 to 10 have not made any complainant to the Sarpavaram P.S., nor the 3rd respondent has called the petitioner at any point of time, including on 14.01.2018 & 01.02.2018.
Thus, the allegation of the petitioner about interfering with the construction activity of the petitioner at the instance of the respondents 5 to 10 herein is totally false, baseless. It is submitted that the petitioner filed the present writ petition with all false and baseless allegations against the 3rd respondent apprehending that the respondents 5 to 10 may approach the Sarpavaram Police Station and the Sarpavaram P.S., may take action against the petitioner herein. Therefore, all the allegations of the petitioner made against the 3rd respondent are only concocted for the sake of filing this writ petition and the same are hereby specifically denied."

In view of the categorical denial as mentioned supra, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition by placing on record the above said instructions. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
