THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8434 OF 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.122 of 2013 of Gajuwaka Police Station, Visakhapatnam City. When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of the investigation in the above crime, the complaint was referred as false and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
