When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, dated 13.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 that on receipt of the petition from the petitioner herein on 30.12.2017, the police have registered Crime No.71 of 2018 under Section 420 I.P.C. on 12.02.2018 and taken up the investigation.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
