In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C, the petitioner/Accused seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No.57 of 2011 of Tirumalgherry Police Station, Hyderabad City, which was registered for the offences under Sections 468, 471, 420, 447, 506 IPC..

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 11.6.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Tirmulgherry Police Station, Hyderabad City and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before X ACMM, Secunderabad and CC is numbered and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.57 of 2011 has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed. 4.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
