THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2676 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-A3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.259 of 2012 on the file of the I Addl. Judl. I Class Magistrate, Nizamabad, which was taken cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 r/w 34 IPC and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on written instructions submits that the subject matter ended in acquittal. Under these circumstances, there is nothing to adjudicate.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
