THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.40429 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner, through his father, seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.10.2016, to cancel/ withdraw the lookout circular issued against the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The grievance of the petitioner is that his father made an application on 18.10.2016, before the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad - 2nd respondent, to withdraw/ cancel the lookout circular issued against the petitioner, but the 2nd respondent is not considering the same.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 18.10.2016, submitted by the petitioner's father and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J November 23, 2016.
