In spite of granting time on 15.2.2018, learned Government Pleader did not get any instructions. 2.

The petitioners state that they are house-less poor persons and eakout their livelihood by doing coolie work. They applied to the 4th respondent for granting of house site pattas. After considering the said request, the 4th respondent issued pattas admeasuring Ac.0.02 cents each in Survey No.297/26 of Uppucheruvu, Near SS Tank within the limits of Kandukur Municipality, Prakasam district by proceedings dated 30.1.2014. Though pattas were granted in the year 2014, no boundaries were fixed to the land and they were not inducted into possession. The basic amenities were also not provided. They state that they submitted several representations to the respondents and lastly they submitted representation on 16.2.2015. When the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition is filed.

The petitioners filed copies of the pattas issued in their favour and now they are seeking handing over of possession of said land covered by the pattas.

Since the grievance of the petitioners is supported by pattas issued in their favour, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the 4th respondent to hand over possession of the land covered by the pattas already issued in favour of the petitioners, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
