Sri Srikanth Kaveti, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letters dated 25.04.2016 to the registry stating that he has been instructed to withdraw the writ petitions reserving liberty to the petitioners to challenge subsequent proceedings by way of fresh writ petitions in accordance with law.

The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
