The main grievance of the petitioner is that his name has not been sent for inclusion in the seniority list and he also made representation on 23-08-2012 in respect of his grievance, but the same was not considered. This Court has already passed interim order on 31-10-2012 to dispose of the representation dated 2308-2012. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order, dated 31-10-2012. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
