THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION Nos.4691, 4692 and 4707 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER:

When the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader submit that the issue involved in all the writ petitions is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.3144 of 2018 dated 05.02.2018.

Recording the said submission and also for the reasons stated in the order dated 05.02.2018 in writ petition No.3144 of 2018, the present writ petitions are also allowed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in these writ petitions, shall stand closed.
