HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9983 of 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction of the like nature declaring the respondents 1 to 5 to initiate action against the 6th respondent (accused Digvijay Jain) in Cri.No.239/2013 dated 31.12.2013 in accordance with law and also in the larger interest of justice." Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 brought to the notice of this Court that in Crime No.239 of 2013 the petitioner and the 6th respondent have compromised before the Lok Adalath on 08.04.2017 and settled their issues. In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that no cause would survive in the writ petition.
