HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.No.6112 of 2015 ORDER :

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioners-A.1 and A.2 to quash proceedings in C.C.No.701 of 2014 on the file of the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 324,448,506 and 509 read with Section 34 of I.P.C.

2) The Petitioners/A.1 and A.2 filed a petition in Crl.P.M.P.No.6460 of 2015, praying to permit them to compromise the matter with the 1st respondent.

3) Both the parties present before the Court and filed common affidavit stating that they settled the claims between them amicably with the intervention of the elders and the defacto-complainant stated that the intention of compounding the offences is to purchase peace.

4) On perusal of the record, the offences under Sections 324,448, 506 and 509 read with 34 of I.P.C. are compoundable as per Section 320 of Cr.P.C. and in the interest of justice and the parties wants to purchase peace, permission is accorded by this Court to compound the offences in view of their compromise.

5) Accordingly, the petition is allowed and all the proceedings in C.C.No.701 of 2014 on the file of the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.

6) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
