THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 3056 OF 2016 ORDER:

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is as under: "....to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents in not entering the name of the petitioner in the Warangal Municipal Corporation records as owner of the house bearing No.2-9-302 situated at Sneha Nagar, Wadeepally, Hanmakonda, Wanrangal in the place of his mother basing on the registered Gift Settlement Deed document No.1278/2013, dated 11.2.2013 executed by his mother in favour of the petitioner is highly arbitrary, bad and illegal".

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.2-Corporation. During the course of arguments, it is brought to the notice of this Court that respondent No.2-Corporation has already passed orders entering the name of the petitioner in the municipal records as owner of the house bearing No.2-9-302 situated at Sneha Nagar, Waddepally, Hanamkonda, Warangal.

In the light of the above said statement, no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
