The complaint of the petitioner in this case was that the revision filed by him before the Government against the order dated 19.08.2011 passed by the Director of Mines and Geology, Hyderabad, was kept pending and was not disposed of. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Industries and Commerce produced memo No.17091/M.II(1)/2011-3 dated 16.11.2012 of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Industries and Commerce (Mines.II) Department, which manifests that the revision filed by the petitioner was disposed of and the orders passed therein were communicated thereunder. The revision was allowed setting aside the

order dated 19.08.2011 passed by the Director of Mines and Geology, Hyderabad. In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed. The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
