THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22838 of 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.4 in preparing merit list dated 29.07.2013 without showing/admitting the petitioners in the first year MBBS course under management C1 category seats for the academic year 2013-14 even though the petitioners secured 99.16% and 98.16% and stand in the first, second position among the applied candidates.

It is submitted by both the learned Counsel that the relief sought in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
