l I This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionersAccused to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.3030 of 2018 pending on the file of learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

Since the crime is of the year 2015 and case was registered in the year 2018, without going into the facts of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, to dispose of C.C.No.3030 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible within a period of four (04) months, in accordance with law by following the procedure under Section 309 of Cr.P.C.
