THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.24737 of 2016 ORDER :
Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) for respondents.
2.
The petitioner's grievance is that 4th respondent has not registered any case against respondent nos.5 to 8 in response to petitioner's complaints dt.16.06.2016 and 23.06.2016.
3.
The counsel for petitioner states that petitioner had filed O.S.No.581 of 2013 before the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Warangal for grant of permanent injunction against 7th respondent and others, that an order of injunction was granted on 30.07.2013 in his favour, and that I.A.No.91 of 2014 was filed for police aid in the said suit and the same is pending.
4. Since petitioner had already obtained an order of temporary injunction in the said suit, and I.A.No.91 of 2014 for grant of police aid is pending before the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claims of petitioner and respondent nos.5 to 8, the Principal Senior Civil Judge,
Warangal is directed to dispose of I.A.No.91 of 2014 in O.S.No.581 of 2013 on his file within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 5.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Warangal to dispose of I.A.No.91 of 2014 in O.S.No.581 of 2013 on his file within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs. 6.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. __________________________________ JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Date: 26-07-2016 Ndr/*
