HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 6 7 1 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the action on the part of the respondents/ authorities in opening and continuing the rowdysheet against the petitioner as contrary to the Police Standing Orders.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the competent authority to consider the request of the petitioner herein is the Deputy Superintendent of Police/ 3rd respondent herein and the petitioner herein did not make any application to the said authority. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of keeping it open for the petitioner to make appropriate application to the Deputy Superintendent of Police/ 3rd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. If any such application is made by the petitioner, the competent authority may consider the same and pass appropriate orders within two months thereafter as per law.
