This Contempt Case was filed alleging non-implementation of the orders of this Court passed in W.P.M.P.No.34939 of 2013 in W.P.No.28148 of 2013, dated 30.09.2013.

In view of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.28148 of 2013 and batch, dated 15.12.2017, no further orders need be passed in this Contempt Case and the same is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
