This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.185 of 2015 on the file of Jammikunta Police Station, Karimnagar District. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed. Closing of this petition does not preclude the petitioner to avail the remedies available to her under law.
