HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.1706 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the proceedings in FIR No.139 of 2018 on the file of the Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad against the petitioner/accused No.4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.4, having argued for some time, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file a fresh application. 3.

As seen from the record, there are no merits to allow the application.

However, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.4, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty to file an application after filing of the charge sheet, if the petitioner/accused No.4 chooses to do so. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition, shall also stand dismissed.
