THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.35760 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking to declare the action of 3rd respondent in not completing the investigation in Crime No.204 of 2015, dated 04.12.2015, registered against respondents 4 to 9.

The grievance of the petitioner is that on a private complaint filed by him against respondents 4 to 9, the Magistrate concerned forwarded the same to the 3rd respondent under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. and thereupon, though the 3rd respondent registered a case in Crime No.204 of 2015 on 04.12.2015 for the offences under Sections 177, 182, 193, 196, 197, 198, 219, 409, 418, 419, 420, 423, 465, 471 and 474 read with 109 IPC, so far no steps have been taken. 3.
Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.204 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, either way in accordance with law, within a period of six months from today. 4.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ RAJA ELANGO, J 24.10.2016 YVL
