The complaint of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent Superintendent of Police, Chittoor has not considered his representation dated 10.07.2017, so far.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh). The allegations made in the representation dated 10.07.2017, prima facie, make out a cognizable offence. Hence, without going into further details of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent Superintendent of Police to issue appropriate instructions to the Station House Officer concerned, to take necessary action on the representation of the petitioner, after examining the same, in detail. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
