THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4665 OF 2018 O R D E R :

Petitioner has assailed the order dt.04.01.2018 terminating his services as CEO of the 5th respondent-Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society.

Counsel for petitioner is unable to satisfy this Court as to how the Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is maintainable against a Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society.

Since the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy under the provisions of the A.P. Shops and Establishments Act, 1988, the Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy under Section 47 of the said Act. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
