The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the docket order dated 06.12.2016 passed in E.P. No.6 of 2016 by the learned VIII Additional District Judge, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District. 2) Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the material on record.

3) Undisputedly, from the very say by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there was already an attachment order before filing of M.A.C.M.A (SR) No.46789 of 2016 and obtained stay, subject to depositing Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of O.P. within eight weeks. By virtue of the stay granted in the M.A.C.M.A, status-quo as on date is being maintained.

4) Once this Court cannot sit against the order of release of the vehicle but for to move an application before the Court, which granted the stay, if at all, at best, for any modification of the order on its own merits.

5) Accordingly, the revision is dismissed with these observations. No order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
