Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.
Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition assailing inaction of 5th respondent in disposing of the representation dt.14-07-2015 filed by the petitioner for rectification of entries in revenue records in respect of the land belonging to him in Avilala village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Chittoor District.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that 5th respondent will consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to consider the representation dt.14-07-2015 filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decisions thereon to the petitioner. No costs. 5.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
