Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"....to issue any Writ, order or direction more especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents threatening to dispossess the Petitioners from their Land including demolition of the House Property bearing No.33-5-276 to an extent of 2390.66 Sq. Yards in Sy.No.287/B4/1 situated at Thimmapuram Haveli, Hanamkonda Mandal now in Kila Warangal Mandal, Warangal Urban District as illegal arbitrary, un-Constitutional and against the Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 4 not to dispossess the Petitioners from their Land including demolition of the House Property bearing No.33-5-276 to an extent of 2390.66 Sq. Yards in Sy.No.287/B4/1 situated within Compound Wall at Thimmapuram Haveli, Hanamkonda Mandal now in Kila Warangal Mandal, Warangal Urban District without following the due process of law."

The grievance of the petitioners appears to be that without following due process of law, the respondent authorities are trying to dispossess them from the land mentioned above including demolition of structures raised therein.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the respondent authorities will follow due process of law before taking any coercive steps in respect of the land mentioned above. 5.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 to 4 to follow due process of law before taking any coercive steps to dispossess the petitioners from their land including demolition of the house property bearing No.33-5-276 to an extent of 2390.66 square yards in Sy.No.287/B4/1 situated at Thimmapuram Haveli, Hanamkonda Mandal now in Kila Warangal Mandal, Warangal Urban District.
