THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.1080 of 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 22 of A.P.Buildings(Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, assailing the order dated 20.12.2017 passed in R.A.No.158 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, wherein whereby the order dated 13.07.2016 in R.C.No.105 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Rent Controller, Secunderabad, directing the petitioner-tenant to vacate the suit schedule property and handover the vacant possession of the same to the respondent-landlord within one month was confirmed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-tenant submitted that the tenant will vacate the premises on or before 31.01.2019. To that effect, the tenant also filed an affidavit. Learned counsel for the respondent-landlord submitted that the respondent has no objection if the tenant vacates the premises on or before 31.01.2019.

In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner-tenant is hereby directed to vacate and handover the vacant possession of the premises to the respondent /landlord on or before 31.01.2019. The petitioner-tenant is also

hereby directed to pay the agreed rent to the respondentlandlord on or before 10th of every succeeding month up to January 2019. If the petitioner-tenant fails to pay the rent, the respondent-landlord is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
