THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CONTEMPT CASE No.1626 of 2017 AGAINST C.M.A.No.779 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act seeking to punish respondents 1 and 2 deliberately and intentionally violating the orders of this Court in C.M.A.No.779 of 2016 dated 28.04.2017.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the contempt case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
